Junior Sportsman Club
A club open to both boys and girls who are interested in learning more about the "wild" spaces in Saskatchewan. An eight month course that covers everything from how to build a bird house, making your fishing lures, and how to survive a night in the bush. The instructors are experienced hunters, fisherman, and lovers of the outdoors. Their goal is to provide an educational, entertaining, and memorable experience for their students.
Class Synopsis:
This year will be great as usual, with pellet shooting, archery, fishing, and so much more. If you have any suggestions for guest speakers or activities for the kids let one of us know. We greatly appreciate your input.
The fees this year will be $25.00 per child.
Also a change this year due to insurance is that we require parent participation on a regular basis. This means that each Saturday we will need one to three parents to stay and help with all activities. We also require that a parent comes into the building to pick their child/children up at the end of each session.
If you want to enroll your child, classes will start again on Saturday January 12th. The club meets every 2nd Saturday through the end of May where we have a wrap up camping trip.
